BODY POSTS: Extruded aluminum 16061-T6), designed with 4-1/4″ face flared to 8″, solid-welded to side sheet and located in 24″ centers. 45-degree slope plates between stiffeners, welded to bottom rail, prevent debris from accumulating in this area.
MUDFLAPS: Kruz heavy-duty spray-suppressant black rubber is standard.
REAR FLOOR SILL: 8″ wide x 4″ deep extruded aluminum (6061-16).
FINISH: Highly reflective, swirl-finished aluminum. Steel parts painted black.
ELECTRICAL: Sealed beam lights located in face of side stiffeners. One on front and rear posts. One light on rear post facing rear, each side. STT lights in rear posts.
TAILGATE: .230″ aluminum (5083) with extruded dirt shedder braces (6061-16); heavy-duty bolt-on top hardware & steel bolt-on bottom hardware. Over-center latches provide positive-locking air-operated control, including air tailgate mounting kit; rear height from 36″ to 72°, depending on length.
BOTTOM RAIL: Exclusive “|” design (6061-T6) interlocks floor sills and floor to the sides. Also includes radius corners from floor to sides.
SIDES: .150″ aluminum plate (5083). Heights from 36″ to 72″.
FLOOR SILLS: 4-1/2″ wide x 4″ deep extruded aluminum (6061-T6), 12″ on centers, 7-1/2″ apart.
FRONT POST: Extruded aluminum (6061-16), 10″ wide x 4″ deep.
FRONT: .230″ aluminum (5083). Height between 42″ and 72″, depending on length. Bottom rail squared. Steps on roadside outside located the first panel from front.
HOIST BOX: Tapered, fully enclosed with inspection hole.
LONGITUDINALS: 4″ wide x 6″ deep extruded aluminum (6061-T6), full length.
TARP BAR: 3-1/4″ wide x 1/4″ aluminum, one row each side full length
REAR POST: Extruded aluminum (6061-16), 8″ wide x 4″ deep with 1/2″ lip to secure seal for sealed gates.
FLOOR: .230″ aluminum plate (5083).
TOP RAIL: Extruded aluminum (6061-16), 4″ square for 12’ to 18’ bodies and 4″x10″ for 19’ to 24’ bodies.
